Shopping with Oncrop

This online store is operated by Oncrop Agro Sciences. These terms explain shopping at oncrop.com and should be read with our shipping, refund and privacy policies.

Products and prices

Select the required pack size or variant before adding an item to your cart. Prices are in Indian rupees. Displayed selling prices include applicable GST. Shipping charges and the final order total are shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver within India. Shipping is ₹100 for orders below ₹499 and free for orders of ₹499 or more. The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. See our Shipping policy for details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact customerservice@oncrop.com to request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering and before dispatch. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Replacement and refund requests are subject to validation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method; bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. The complete Refund policy applies.
